Returns & Exchanges

We stand by the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

  • Change of Mind:
    Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Faulty or Damaged Items:
    If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund if we deem the product hasn’t been tampered with upon arriving.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalised products
  • Used or damaged items not due to a manufacturing fault

  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable)

We will provide instructions on how to return your item.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty)
